Attendance at The 2010 Kansas City Golf Show was 7,266 golfers. This does not include children age 12 and under (estimated at an approximately 400), making this the biggest golf event in Kansas City.

New Course Opening - The Prairie Golf Club in Valentine Nebraska Opening Spring 2010
Kids Play Golf FREE in BRANSON this April. The Branson Golf Council member courses will let junior golfers 15 years of age and younger play free golf during the month of April. Each child must be accompanied by a paying adult. The promotion is valid for both 9- and 18-hole rounds of golf, and there is no limit to the number of times a child may play each course. This is quite an offer and will save parents hundreds of dollars off the cost of a round of golf for their junior. The participating member courses are ranked as some of the best in the United States.
The 2010 Women's Golf Expo at Tiffany Greens Is Set for Wednesday, June 2nd Tiffany Greens Golf Club will once again host the Expo with this year’s Title Sponsor, the Nebraska Furniture Mart. Teetering Rocks Golf Course What a Deal! Play Golf Every Day All Year for Just $300 We could not find a better deal than this one to save you some really big bucks during 2010. Teetering Rocks Golf Course is offering a limited number of memberships for just $300. You play all year and as much as you want. “Are you kidding?” we asked General Manager, Tom Poppa. Junior Girls Scholarship Opportunity! Junior golfers may apply for a Missouri Women's Golf Educational Association (MWGEA) scholarship. Eligible high school seniors can visit the website at www.mowomensga.org, and click on "Scholarships" to download an application. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2010. In addition to MWGEA scholarships, a Susan E. Shepherd Memorial Scholarship, funded by the Shepherd Foundation of St. Louis, MO, is awarded by the MWGEA following the same criteria used for the MWGEA Scholarships. Requirements for applicants are: 1. Must be a female residing in the state of Missouri or in Johnson County, KS. 2. Must submit a letter of recommendation from one high school. teacher, coach or golf professional. 3. Must submit a copy of her high school transcript. 4. Must submit a brief account of her golf achievements.
